Tebow aims to make last Georgia game "special"

This is Timmy T's last Georgia game as a Gator. It is clear that the Florida - Georgia game is special to Tebow. Hopefully he will make it a special one for us all.

For all the focus Florida coach Urban Meyer has during games, he admits to losing some on Oct. 29, 2005.

It was Meyer's first Florida-Georgia game, but his thoughts drifted elsewhere for a few seconds when he was told that ballyhooed quarterback recruit Tim Tebow was in the stands.

"Someone saw him and I said, 'Was he cheering when we scored? Was he happy?' " Meyer said during his Monday press conference.

Yes, Tebow, a Jacksonville native, was cheering. It's something he's been doing since he was 4-years-old.

Saturday, Tebow will be making his final start against the Bulldogs (4-3, 3-2 SEC) in Jacksonville Municipal Stadium.

"It’ll be emotional for me," Tebow said. "It’ll be exciting, knowing it’s my last Florida-Georgia game."
