Broncos and fans enjoy home win

Yesterday's fourth quarter win seems to have energized the Broncos and fans alike.

Clare Foote, a longtime season-ticket holder from Fort Collins (and pictured above), bought three navy blue Tebow jerseys as soon as they went on sale — one for her, one for her granddaughter and one for her friend Fran VanEron, who has accompanied her to Broncos games for nearly 30 years. They were at the old Mile High Stadium together for John Elway's first NFL start, and they have similar hopes for Tebow.
"He's a leader," Foote said. "He's going to be like Elway."

And what did Tebow think of the crowd?

"The adrenaline high, and the crowd and the come- from-behind win, it was a lot of fun," Tebow said. "My first time to be able to play at Mile High, and the way the fans were supporting us and behind us the whole game, and to be able to come from . . . I think we were down 17-0 . . . to win the game was pretty cool."
