Romans 8:37-39 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Game Day Verse: Jets vs. Dolphins
Galatians 5:13 You were indeed called to be free, brothers and sisters. Don't turn this
freedom into an excuse for your corrupt nature to express itself.
Rather, serve each other through love.

Game Day Verse: Jets vs. Buffalo
Jeremiah 17:7-8 Blessed is the person who trusts the LORD. The LORD will be his confidence. He will be like a tree that is planted by water. It will send its roots down to a stream. It will not be afraid in the heat of summer. Its leaves will turn green. It will not be anxious during droughts. It will not stop producing fruit.
Sorry for the delayed return to blogging. We'd like to thank all of you who emailed us during the off-season, and even the preseason, to see how we were and expressing your interest and appreciation of our efforts here. Your emails and notes are very much appreciated.
The driving force behind this blog is now fostering a special needs child and has not been able to contribute to writing or keeping up with all things Tebow, hence the summer hiatus. We are currently weighing if we will be able to continue this season, or if we will continue in an abbreviated form.
We'd appreciate your thoughts and prayers!

Tim Tebow and John 3:16
Tim Tebow threw for 316 yards against the Steelers, and with out eye black or tweeting, he has John 3:16 in Google Hot Trends once again, three years to the day that he first wore and popularized John 3:16 on his eye black in the 2009 National Championship Game!John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
Well done Tim, very well done.
And the morning after, John 3:16 still leads Google Trends.

Game Day Verse - Broncos vs. Steelers
Hebrews 12:1-2: Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Originally worn against FSU at his final home game at the SWAMP in 2009. Go Gators! and Go Broncos!

Game Day Verse: Broncos vs. Bills
and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.”
When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them.
But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.

She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”—which means, “God with us.”

Broncos vs. Vikings - Game Day Verse
Psalm 25:1-10
To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul; in you I trust, O my God.
Do not let me be put to shame, nor let my enemies triumph over me.
No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to shame,
but they will be put to shame who are treacherous without excuse.
guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
Remember, O Lord, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old.
according to your love remember me, for you are good, O Lord.
All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful for those who keep the demands of his covenant.
